If Malwarebites can't fix it, it looks like you have something on bootload, rootkit or loaded in the memory.
HJT (hijackthis) might be outdated if you run 64bit windows, I don't know if it can remove OOB entries properly. But it should be fine for anything 32bit.
If you have 32bit win7, I would recommend combofix. Don't use it on 64bit cause there isn't any available for it.
I'm thinking you have 32bit windows? Since with 64bit, there should be rarely any rootkits or loaders that can operate on the 64bit kernel.
