Hi, I am 34 and born with mod-profound hearing loss. Got my first aid's at about 4 yrs old, never learned sign language - mom taught me some speech before I got the aids even. I'm getting my 2nd set of digital aids on Feb 22, the first ones were Canta ReSound 780D's, back in 2002 or something. I'm really hard on them, sweating a lot, dirty dusty work and play environments.
