Hey everyone. I'm new to this site, just thought I would stop by and make a quick "hello post."

I am actually a hearing individual, a college student. I study ASL and I am working on an Honors College thesis at my school about Deaf Job Discrimination. I felt that a site like this would help me find people who can give me good information about the subject. I'll make another post about my work later but for now... Hi!
