Heart attack risk 'raised by suppressing anger'

I have bad mitral valve prolapse. Maybe I got it from being so nice. :hmm:

Of course my grandmother had it too, and she let all her anger out. :)

Psssst, hey Botts! Did I tell you that my eldest told me he is now losing his hearing? He is about the same age that my relatives and I started losing.

This is on topic, it is about stress, ok?

Interesting how genetics work isn't it? I had a deaf grandmother with a bad heart and now I am a deaf grandmother with a bad heart.

(I lied about how nice I always am. ;) )

Hmph. I may think ill thoughts, but thinking You to be a Liar would NEVER work. Nope, no fibbing. Grousing????? heheheh...

LOL, its a privelege we get after passing certain milestones.

That's why my hubby is the smoker, not me.

What about 2nd hand smoke? And the fact that smoke gets everywhere in a house, and you can't escape it? Isn't that another source of stress or worry as well? If you have small pets, they get affected by it, too.

I do believe that shel is intelligent enough and conscientous enough to take care of her own concerns regarding smoke in her household. No need for fake concern.

Additionally, the topic is in regard to suppressed stress and the correlation to heart attacks, not smoking.

Hmm... I think I'll take this into consideration and blow up in other people's faces when I get mad. ;)

KABOOM!

Whew! That felt better...

Uh oh, I feel a heart attack coming in! *gasping for breath*

*dies*
