Hearing Dogs for Deaf People to hold unique fundraiser at Winsford Flashes - Mid Cheshire Chronicle
VOLUNTEERS are being asked to jump into the Winsford Flashes for charity - and get rescued by a 14-stone Newfoundland dog!
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People HDDP) has teamed up with Canis Major Newfoundland Dog Training Group, and animal lovers can em-bark on the fundraising fun day on Saturday July 25.
HDDP’s North West fundraiser Nicky Litchfield said: “Participants will be taken out by boat into the middle of the lake before jumping into the water, and being rescued by a hairy, but gentle giant!”
