Aw poor thing. Hope there's cure for him so he could have his life back as normal just like everyone else.

I've never seen anyone like this before......... very rare!
 
It's probably an infection to where the body couldn't handle such as Human Papilloma Virus or HPV. I have seen it once before in Eastern part of India back in the 90's . Poor guy but he's in my prayer.
