Hi, This is Heath. I'm :deaf: too. I apologize for not being online for about 5 or 6 months now because I had to wait and pay off many bills including internet bill :crazy: aaarggghhh !!!! and finally am back online .... I have one question pls? How do I get , find or install closed captioning on Quicktime , Real and Windows Player etc. Their help menu on their respective websites are of no help or hard to understand and confusing Please!!!!! Thank you ....God Bless... :type:

i mean i do uddy that u dont get online 5 or 6 months cuz of bills things.. i uddy that.. but i dont know how abt CC on Quicktime , Real and Windows Player sowwy abt that.. maybe other people from here might know

Welcome back here. I don't think it's possible to install closed captioning on movie players, unless it has subtitles included. The only thing has closed captioning is on the DVD player on the computer.

yes there is... but right now i dont have time to find a right link for you.. you need to download SAMI program that can do closed captioning on videos but frankly there are not always CCs on those videos online.

give me few hours to answer your question after my current errands.

maybe someone may know than me about SAMI program.

Hi Deafclimber, I took the initative to look up for free sami download programs on Yahoo and there are way too many and hard to decide because I do not want my computer to crash and things like that so I will wait until you have the time to help get the right one that will really work.
