Dell Inspiron B130 is older model laptop, It's not bad at all running XP, if you can get up to 1 GB of ram, usually come 512Kb of memory but won't do well with XP unless if you upgrade to 1 GB (I believe that is the max memory you can get) Or you can use Ubuntu (Linux) without have to worry about upgrading hardware.
