I have no opinion but I do feel bad about Obama to being unable to handle with oil spill.

No, I'm asking your opinion about what Obama should do.

"Less Talk, More Action" is just broad word so I want more detail about what should he do with oil spilling or other disaster?

I know that Obama is doing so nothing so I'm just asking you to do list for him to do to improve his handling on oil spill.
 
Maybe start with canceling his Memorial day weekend vacation he has planned for? That'd be good publicity if he wants to work his poll numbers upward and jump in with both feet in muck deep oil at key beaches for photo-ops and finger pointing sessions.
