Going to buy X-box for my kids

Actually, the price has gone down at some places. You might be able to get one for $120 and also get rebate on it as well. You can also find a lot of older games for under $20 for Xbox.
 
but where??? here in Arizona i have yet to find x-box anywhere for under 149
 
I remember seeing a $20 rebate special at FYE.

I think FYE is more common in New York... where I am. There are two malls that I frequently go to and both have FYE. One of them has a FYE that's smaller than your typical Blockbuster Video store. The other mall has a FYE that's so big that it has two entrances. You can walk in on one side and walk out on the other side. I would probably say that it's 6 to 8 times bigger than the FYE at the previous mall. :eek:
 
ebay would be a good bet for a cheaper xbox without driving long distance -- just check the seller's good ratings and use your judgment

:werd: I did some searching myself. So far, some of them seem to be from first-time sellers. I'm not sure I would quite trust those people. :dunno:
 
Sometimes you see them in pawnshops at bargain prices as well.

This is what I'm talking about. :)

This is an official Microsoft Xbox product. Not many 3rd party products are reliable and can cause problems so you're usually better off with official products.

If you're looking for more like special controllers or extension wires and you want to buy a 3rd party product, the best I can recommend are... MadCatz products.

Yes, that's the official Microsoft Xbox brans. I'm not sure about the other links. I don't see a picture and the details aren't clear enough. Here's one on eBay.
