Going deaf

I have been slowly going deaf since I was 12 when I lost all the hearing in my left ear. I read lips fairly well, and cope that way. There is a high likelihood that I will lose the hearing in my right ear within the next 10 years. I figure I should start to learn to communicate using ASL before I have complete hearing loss.

well that's what I predicted that may happen in my early 20s but hey, lucky that I have the 600 Ps around :)

Adam, how old are you? Maybe you could transfer to a Deaf School or to a college with a Dhh program like NTID or Gally.
