I had Animation Shop 3 come with Paint Shop Pro 8 as bonus program. I paid it for under a hundred dollars. But Paint Shop Pro X, current version today doesnt include AS3 anymore. You could get it as individual program for $40.

Look at my avatar. I made it with use of AS3.

Why don't you try and ask clerk to help findin' it for you ? You can ask her/him about GIF Animation. Maybe, it includes somethin' else that might be very useful to you. It wouldn't hurt to ask. There's some varies of GIF animation involved with somethin' in some package. You can look them up and see what you can find... be sure to compare the prices and buy one whichever is cheaper for you.
