Hello everyone…I am the new Head Baseball Coach at Gallaudet University, and am excited about rebuilding the program to be a top competitor in NCAA Division III Baseball.

I am compiling a list of players for my first recruiting class. We are looking for recruits to be part of a new legacy at Gallaudet.

Since I took over last month, there have already been some exciting changes including upgrading of facilities and equipment.

We need YOUR help identifying deaf and hard of hearing athletes in your area that are going to mainstream high schools (non-deaf high schools). If you know of any players that are not listed at DeafDigest Newsletter that are playing at mainstream high schools, please forward me any information on them that you have.

The Gallaudet Athletic department as a whole has seen a lot of new and exciting changes in the last year and we’re trying to make it even better.

I moved from Northern California to Washington DC to take this job because I believe that the community of students, athletes and staff at Gallaudet is top notch. Before I came to Gallaudet I worked for the Oakland A's for the last 8 seasons as well as coaching at the college and high school level. I have coached 6 players in the last 3 years that have been drafted to the Major Leagues and I was the Bay Shore Athletic League Coach of the Year in 2007. You can get more information about myself and the baseball program at Gallaudet Bison , click on Baseball Sincerely,
