Future mobile for deaf people?

Do you think about future video calling mobile for deaf people? Some rumor said that Sprintrelay would announce new mobile in using video callings. Not sure. But require 4G network or WiMax network which can use video callings feature on mobiles or mini laptops (netbooks).
