Funny User ID Verification

One of my desktop tech support sent me this e-mail that he find rather funny or odd.

You know when someone call for desktop tech support that need help with something and we have to ask for verification before we can do any further support like resetting password or issues with e-mail and such. Well, this came up rather odd... not sure if that is mother's maiden name? See pix below.
I reply back to him, no it's "What type of food for the nose?" in Jeopardy!

Yep, that is the right verification word. Anyone can pick verification word, like favorite color, car or last four digit of SSN or whatever!! So, some how this guy pick that word.

All we have to do is to ask "What is your verification word?"
