Free TTY/TDD device for skype..?

hi,

so what i'm looking for is a tty/tdd program that will allow me to communicate with tty users over SKYPE; and i dont wanna pay 25 dollars for it either. any suggestions?
 
Hey, why not go to RIT around the end of every quarter, best in May actually... look into big dumpster. Sometimes you'd find a working TTY machines in there! I found one back then right before the permanently decline of TTY usage/sales. Did it work? You bet!!!

yeah , ... i'd need to hook up a tty to my computer though. personally i think a program would be easier... something that will emit baudot tones, and receive them... for skype, the internet phone.
