I am studying now on when will earthquake hit California.

It is a hard question.

All I know is Alpha Serpentis is in 3rd house.
3rd house represents mind and in your area.

Alpha serpentis opposes 9th house.
9th house represents another country.

So right now Earthquake is busy rattling other countries.

Then there is Facies, it is in 5th house...

The Moon conjunct Alpha Serpentis
And the Sun and Mercury conjunct Facies.

So Earthquake might come in 25 days, 25 weeks, 25 months, or 25 years....
