For PS2 owners...

For the Playstation 2 owners who don't eventually have a GameCube...well your in luck! why? because one of the best selling and most anitpatiented games will be arriving to the Playstation 2 this October and that would obviously be Resident Evil 4, a port that was on GameCube earlier this year, which made the Resident Evil series the most selling and most popular series ever made in gaming history by Capcom.

It's not just a port...there'll be more features that wasn't on the GC version such as Ada Wong's "seperate ways" and more customes such as Leon's "smooth criminal" look and Ashely's armored knight costume, which makes it for the enemies having a difficult time trying to pick her up and as for trying to shoot her, she'll be fine as long as she's in an bullet-proof armor suit. :P and even an all-new weapon that wasn't found in the GC version called P.R.L. 412, which is a compact version of the parasite-destroying laser gun.

The PS2 does look as good as the GC version but the only thing you would obviously notice is afew polygons chopped off due to the graphics power of the PS2...the GC's graphics looks much better than the PS2 version anyway.
(even the dead Dreamcast had better graphics than the PS2 also lol.)

If you don't own a GameCube or never played Resident Evil 4...then go it already!!! (will not be released until October 25th, 2005) it was one of the best RE games and one of my most favorites I've ever played on the GC since RE0, RE (remake), and RE2. :P (RE CODE:Veronica and RE3: Nemsis were ehhhh...not as good as I expected them to be but ah well)

I've already beat RE4 three times and got me the chicago typewriter! WHOO BABY!!! (p.s. it's not a real typewriter, ya know...)

I wud be playing RE4 if I didnt sell my old PS2 at that time...... Wishful thinking that Capcom would have released one for the xbox at the same time the PS2 version of RE4 came out. After all the only RE game I played oftens was RE:Code Veronica X that was a Sega Dreamcast port for the PS2.

But then RE5 is coming to the xbox360 and PS3 and giving Nintendo the big "fuck you" at the same time by tossing the exclusivity agreement outa the window heh! Now that's Capcom for ya :P (I just WISH that Capcom would have expanded Onimusha for the xbox other than Genma Onimusha instead of just confining it to the PS2!, after all, Onimusha is my top fave series from Capcom)

Yep I can see why RE5 wouldn't come to the Revolution because of its "remote-like" controller...tsk tsk tsk

fuck Nintendo...they totally screwed it up big time.

ah well.

Now's a fresh start for me to keep playing the RE series on Xbox360. :P

I'll be getting the rest of the RE classics for the gamecube so make it as an complete RE collection.

so far I have Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil (remake), and Resident Evil 4.

I just bought RE Code: Verconia X for the cube today...because it was cheaper than RE 2 and RE3 was. :|

I was goin to trade in my old dreamcast games at gamestop today but they told me they dont trade or sell in dreamcast games anymore...then why the fuck do they still have all the old Playstation and Nintendo 64 games?

ugh so I guess I just have to wait to get the two other classic games later on.

what are like, your favorite characters in the RE games so far?

I like Rebecca Chambers, Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield, Chris Redfield and even Jill Valentine. :P
