This is the book I was referring to in Liebling's thread. I was originally going to post the words here, but I forgot just how long it is, and I'm not sure if I even should (copyright issues).

This book is about saying goodbye to a cat, especially your heart or forever cat. The book talks about an Angel is born with every kitten's birth, and that Angel stays with that kitten for the rest of its life. One page says "Sometimes an angel knows one special person is waiting for her forever cat. So she sends the cat through the starry skies until it arrives at the place it is meant to be." It is a really sweet book and is good for kids too!
 
I remember when my fist pet cat passed away.
I can't see the title clearly, but is the author of this book by Christine Davis?

aw thanks for posting it here. i will definitely check this out. i believe i will buy this one. by the way i really like how look the cover page is. that is so touching!

Did it help you with the coping? Maybe it can be used for psychological means of relaxing others going through the same process.
