At first, I thought it would be like the ones in the movie "The Fifth Element" but it's not. PFFFT! I don't think it will be legal due to safety laws since the folded wings block the side views while driving.

How would you drive that in heavy traffic with the blades sticking out so far?
It would hard to pass a car during rush hour.

Easy fix, leave a motorcycle at location you land ur car. Park n ride the motorcycle. Ride back and fly wherever u live.

It can't fly off the road due to FAA, I believe. It can fly off and land at airports only. Watch the video.
