Florida cop who got fired 5 times, is still on active duty.

Unfit for duty: Opa-Locka Sgt. German Bosque still on the job after 40 internal affairs investigations | HeraldTribune.com

It is a long article but it is quite interesting to see how he went to hold a job as a law officer thru at least five different sheriff and police departments.

When I finished reading it, I found it friggin' unbelievable! :eek3:

ugh. I hate it when they separate it in 8 pages. it's stupid. they did this because they wanted to keep reaping in $$$ for internet marketing purpose.

I clicked on "View One Page" link on the left.

now I shall read in peace......

wow.... what a story.... it's like a real-life version of The Shield....

my opinion? I'm not going to wag my finger at him and preach about ethics and laws. It's Opa-Locka. He may sounds like a crook but he isn't really a crook. It's a complete shit town like some Mexican city where cops are hired thugs for drug cartels.

If Florida government is outraged about Sgt. Bosque, then why aren't they doing anything about Opa-Locka? The fact that he's still enforcing peace in a shit town and no action was taken to remove him is probably because that Opa-Locka is unfixable and they're somewhat glad that people like Bosque are still out there to enforce some peace, not killing innocent people as hired goons for drug cartels.

He was fired from "civilized" town but not fired from Opa-Locka. That should give you some idea what kind of town Opa-Locka is. Makes you wonder if how can such outlaw town exists in America.

I am just surprised that he invited the reporter and exposed his story. It seems like he knows he shouldnt be a cop but wont do the honorable thing which would be to resign.

read my previous post and see if you agree or not :hmm:

I wouldn't be surprised if his union rep is a tough and well respected guy. And played a part in why
That guy is still is a cop.

Personally, I am not surprised by this. That town is so bad. We have one like it here in Palm Beach County and currently, the whole police department was taken over by the Sheriff's Dept.

People like this have huge egos. His purpose was probably more to give a methaphorical bird to the system and say, "See, I can do whatever the hell I want to."

We seem to seeing more and more of this attitude in police depts. across the country. I find it frightening. Criminals and ego maniacs with a badge and a gun.
