what kind of fish do you like the best?

Catfish, buffalo, Halibut, Red Snapper, White Fish, Rainbow Trout, Salmon, Tuna, Bass, Black Fish, Cod, Monk Fish, Skate, Tapias, Mai Mai fish...

I don't wanna talk about shell fish or mussels or anything like that...

I mean like regular fish, do you like them fried, baked, or cooked in pan?
 
I like any kind of fishes, but would try some of new that I didn't try.

I like boiled, fried, grilled in any kind to cooking.

But have to cook it to be PERFECT for Fried only.
 
I love Mahi Mahi the best.
I also like Salmon fillet.
I like them cooked on the grill or baked in the oven.

Oh, I forgot about Orange Roughy. I tasted it once at a restaurant and I thought it tasted very good.

Now this thread is making me hungry for some fish.
