This may be of interest to anyone who have "dry eyes", like myself. :) I take Systane eye drops, and I also have a bottle of "Refresh Tears" eye drops to keep my eyes from watering so much -- my eye doctor recently told me I have dry eyes.
"Refresh Tears" feels a little cold when it goes in my eyes which it feels good. :) The Systane feels normal, like putting water in my eyes....but it works well too. :)
Fish Oil, I heard, is good for the heart, but I didn't know it can help dry eyes too! :)

No Kidding? This is something that I never would have thought of. What would they think of next?

Very interesting. I have had dry eyes for many years. I use Refresh Plus tears, several times a day. I also had all four punctal ducts cauterized to help keep my eyes "wetter". I was also part of a clinical study to develope new eye drops. My eyes are still very dry. I will check into this research about the fish oil.

But tuna five times a week? I don't know about that! What about mercury build up?

Good point but it depends on the fish. Mercury is nothing to sneeze at. More and more evidence is piling us indicating the hazards out there with mercury.

Wow, that's interesting... also fish oil helps reduce heart disease and lower cholesterol.

Yes, that's right but it's interesting because I didn't know about that eyes... wow
