We will be able to do it only if the House of Represenatives approve the NASA's funding request of a new space telescope called Terrestrial Planet Finder.

royale yea.. they are making now.. but not done yet.. even they have to approve..
i read one news somewhere.. i dont remmy if it was this or something else..that related to this idea.. they are making now..
