Anyone who have bad experience with erythritol?? If anyone dont know what it is.

Why am i bringing up this, because my bro in law left the plenty of drinks (Sobe lifewater) I am not crazy about them but used them up by drinking them! lol They taste ok. i m not crazy about it. I read some about this that does not agree with people who have IBS.
I would not buy them at all.
