Anyone ever try this ?

No, I haven't tried that oil. I prefer olive oil. :)

Have you tried it? What does it taste like?
 
How much of total fat and sat fat it is? I use omega plus extra virgin oil which has 4.7 gram means 4.0 fat and sat has .7g fat which is the very lowest fat than all the kinds of oils. ( most are above 14 g. Fat). I don't use it much in a while. That's how I stay slim and wise.

No, I actually haven't tried it yet.

That's why I'm trying to ask and find out :)

Right. I use Extra Virgin Oil and Balsamic Vinegar for my salad ( Spinach, sprouts, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic ( not too much ). Yum ! I eat them in every mid-mornin' before lunch. You can also add sliced banana in it. It tastes sooo darn good. I love it ! :thumb:
 
No, I've never tried Enova Oil. I am usin' Extra Virgin Oil. :)
