Many of us are trouble about many things.
Some of us think that after a person is saved, he has to do one thing upon another.We think by doing these we will be approved by God. Even many people dont want to accept Christ because they feel they will have to give up many things they love.

But we all have to realise that God intention is for us to enjoy Him. The Lord Jesus said in John 8:24 that "Unless you believe that I am, you will die in your sins". He also said in verse 58 "Before Abraham came into being, I am." As the great I AM, He is what we need. The Lord says " I am the light, I am the truth, Iam the way, I am the door, I am the Shepherd, I am the ladder, I am the bread of life, I am the living water, etc." We can fill in the blank after the phrase I AM for whatever we need.

In the case of the prodigal son he said "I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired of servants" (Luke 15:19).Once he is repented, a fallen sinner always thinks of working for God or serving God to obtain God's favor, not thinking that this thought is against God's love and grace and is an insult to His heart and intent. GOD'S DESIRE IS FOR US TO ENJOY HIM. According to human principles, we work first and then receive payment for our work.

The prodigal son also wanted to ask his father to take him as a servant and then have something to eat,something on which to live. But the father brought his son to the table right away. This means that the father wanted his son to enjoy first and then work.

If you havent enjoy God much it will be difficult to work for Him.
May we all open ourselves to God and let Him show us how to enjoy Him daily.
 
Praise the Lord. Yes, you need to enjoy God.Are we enjoying HIM?
 
heck yeah we should enjoy him we have to stop criticizing each other and focuse on god we need to smile than scolding on each other
 
Yes if we are true to ourselves, we will find that it is very difficult to stop criticizing others once that person puts us in that position we simply cant stop. the message is clear enjoy Christ as life and He takes away that criticism from us.It aint good making laws for anyone bcos no one will obey. Only Jesus did everything well so for me I just take Him for my everything and that is the meaning of salvation- Christ our everything!
 
I have enjoy Him and loved every min of it and wish it is alike that 24 hours a day but sometime we have to live and work.
 
Yes praise the Lord, this morning i read Hebrews 7:22 It says "By so much Jesus also has become a surety (guarantee) of a better covenant."
Dear all Jesus is our guarantee every moment. 24 hrs a day He is our gurantee. Even now He is my guarantee to send you this message.He so available for me to enjoy Him. He is so lovely. All I need in Him to find. Therefore I can be rest assured 24 hrs today. Amen
 
Amen to that. Grace alone enable us to do for God's glory. There is no grace plus work. Grace itself is the one that lead us to do what He called us to do. True, we do have bumps and bruises, and have some fall, but He stays with us, that's the beautiful moments. Sometimes interference draws us away and forget Him, but won't be for long, God still pursuit us. Oh how awe is His love. Thru hard times, there also another promise I love in Hebrews 4:14-16 (CEV) "We have great High Priest, who has gone into Heaven, and He is Jesus The Son of God. That is why we must hold on to what we have said about Him. Jesus understands EVERY weakness of ours, because He was tempted in EVERY WAY that we are. But He did not sin! So whenever we are in need, we should come bravely before the throne of our Merciful God (grace). There we will be treated with undeserved kindness, and we will find help." That's a beautiful promise He has given us.

I enjoy God by servin' Him on every Sunday at church and share the scriptures with others as well. I look forward goin' to church tomorrow. :)
