Hi, it is same as in different title of 'Deaf Interests', but no reply for almost one year. So, hope will be better here. I have an issue that could better tv experience. If there is a device that can better it.
I am typing about closed caption box that is similiar to cable box, but is not an original closed closed boxes that just give closed caption when closed caption text is in the tv box, but can also just convert audio words into visual words at any time; and to enchanted the words that words itself on tv that is too fast, delay, early from any audio response on tv. But shouldn't add words or delete words, but can enchanted, by make it last longer, or put words that nearby or match the person or any audio's time.
Any audio as a words that speak out from dog, tv, or anything is an audio. It should match it. Even when it convert from commercial to tv show immediately, closed caption doesn't show up most of time. And in less time, closed caption is too fast or delay or something. Basically, it doesn't always happen, but it happens, which it shouldn't. And an extra, can put different language, so people that is foreign can read it, so don't have to wait.
And can set foundation rule for it. For example, an 'I' that last 300 millisecond, and as 'I' will always have that kind of time, so it can change to 500 millisecond as it always have it. So, either 300 or 500 as a rule for that character. Always on voice or very nearby audio's time and how long words stays and other stuff. So, perfect closed caption every time. That will work on dvr, live show, recorded show that is dvd or dvr. Can be better at any situation, not exactly one situation, in refer to tv. Is there an device like that or haven't been invent.
So, basically, need two things: It can readjust the closed caption that is on tv with time stamp after the show. If 'I', start at 3 second and 40 millisecond later, then the time stamp is 3.40 after the show start. Or it can sense the voice, it will immiately convert into visual words at 3.40 after the show. Which it can sense 'I'. Of course, unlike YouTube, which it have only lower case and also make people think or can see that it doesn't seemingly or match exactly to voice. Hope this device can recogized and change to professional grammar and sentence. That include non-closed caption show.
If haven't, know a person or website so I can let that person know so can invent it. It is good to have for individual, instead of depending on group of people or company. Well, the company that is NAD, as a group for deaf people can help. The reason I say as individual is cause the individual that is watching and it is deaf is more likely to care what the individual want, instead of company that will change to make it better and it is more likely it is hearing people.
So, they just make it better on the situation that raise where there is a problem, they will fix it, not before the problem and situation that raise. Hope this device will face any problem and device can update itself if the people on tv see the problem, the device can make it better. For example, on channel 33 on Sunday, 9/24/12, there was a delay closed caption, so this device can readjust, or after I buy that device, I can watch again that I record, so it will readjust, so I can watch it that I missed it. Instead of calling to company to fix it, then I will have to wait watch the same show on tv at another time, faster online, but still waiting.
Basically, the point I am saying that the device will reduct waiting time to watch again. As a bonus, can download closed caption from the device. But more focus, the first part for closed caption, than second part for download closed caption as separate files to upload anywhere.
It will be excellent for deaf. And can ya put sticky so deaf can know about it as it is essential for enjoyment as it can be improved. If there is another topic that is similar or exactly the same that will tell me the answer, let me know.
