No, it was not a battle and I did really pray for her and I sincerely hope the best for Lucia. It would be best to do the right thing and move on and back on topic. :angel:

Yes it happen to anyone. not just rich white christain.. I was abused by my mother.. we were rich white christain.. we grew up in 5 arces with nice HUGE house.. 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.. Barn.. nice long private driveway.. both of my parents faithfully church goers.. just that my mother not accepted my deafness.. she took out on me alot of times.. treated my adopted brother and sister like king and queen.. I was like cinderella..

I have seen alot rich white christain families abused their children.. like i said.. it happen to EVERYONE at all races all religions.

You got to stop judging on cultures and races and religions..

I am considered someone who is of the "white bread" variety. Very wholesome, sweet, and nice (YES, I can be nice y'all, shaddup! :lol:)

But, appearances DO NOT matter. It's who we are on the INSIDE that counts!

I actually admire someone who can hold their head up high and say "I am beautiful!", knowing all the crud that may be in their background. It takes a lot of courage to be able to rise above all that. I would rather Lucia be who she is, then deal with someone who is putting on an air. To me, these people are fake, and I'm not into fake.

Interesting. My abusers were NOT fundamentalists. However, my aunt's brother WAS a fundamentalist. So, would there be an indirect relationship?

:( How could this mother do this to a child that is a gift from God? There are so many people in the world who cannot have children, and would give their right arm to have a child, and this woman is one of the lucky ones to be able to have children, and this is the thanks this little girl received? She never asked to be born, then to have something so devastating done to her!!! Thank God her grandparent's found her this way, and reported it!! Now this little girl will have a much better life, and will finally know what love is and a real family is.
