Educators from Rochester School for the Deaf head to Albany | www.WHEC.com
Another group from Rochester is headed to Albany to tell Governor Cuomo they're not happy with his proposed budget cuts.
Busses left Thursday morning with a group of educators and students from the Rochester School for the Deaf on Saint Paul Street.
The group is concerned that Cuomo's proposal to cut 1.5-billion dollars in school funding will impact specialized schools. These cuts will affect eleven schools across the state that cater specifically to deaf, blind and physically disabled students.
