I notice that the list of food that tell us which blood type is ok for us to eat.

Let's say that if you eat a cheap cheese, it would tell you that it is bad for your blood. If you eat expensive cheese, it would tell you good. However, if it says that a raw cheese is better.

Another problem is that a cheap milk in an expensive cheese. I do not think that a cheese company is willing to purchase an expensive milk and to make a cheese for a best quality. For instance, a Hood Company broke its promise because it contains engineering bovine growth hormone (BST) in milk (man-made chemical for cows to produce more milk because the company cares about money and time).

Many restaurant owners, especially ice cream shops, still do not understand the difference between organic milk and a regular milk with BST because they need money to make their living especially the owners are afraid to change it. So many people are so blind and not knowing where the allergy from. I have some food allergy because a few companies do not want to reveal a few ingredients in their package.

High Corn Fruit Syrup is very common in every food product package. This is well known for food allergy for many people. It just add a little bit favor in your food, and this is not entire true because it is not possible for anyone to taste the difference between that syrup or without it. On 20/20 news, it stated that the High Corn Fruit Syrup company (ADT Company?) convinced and sells its product to several food process companies because this company are more interested in stock market... That's how the company won the game, and probably the process food companies are stuck with ADT's contract. (Just like Bill Gate's software to several IBM PC companies.)

The food ingredients are important that we need to read before we buy the package. If some ingredients are not familiar to you, then don't buy it.

This website that you showed me is interesting. I would keep it in my bookmark to see what's going on in a few months. I talked my mother about it, and she said that it is not new. It started a long time ago - 30 years ago - I am not sure if that what she said to me.

Ur mother is right it was not new but new to me anyway! But just that my deafie got a paper from her dr telling her what her blood type do.. with the right food... that is when I find out later! Yea it was interesting and I am doing pretty good so far with that avoid food some! But still slow and take my time.. u know...

Sorry, but I think it's another bogus diet book. Something someone wrote to make money. I don't think its worth the paper its written on. However, if it works for some people, great. Not knocking those who've tried it.

I just don't think it measures up.
