I have hunted small animals and gutted/skinned it and roasted it and devoured it. Just doing what I'm designed by the Mother Nature. :dunno:

let's see if you can raise and reap and cook the plants without any tools as well. oh btw - did you hear that the agriculture consuming too much water? yes the farms that raise wheat and any vegetable - a major water consumer.

and that is what Mother Earth equipped us with - a highly-sophisticated brain. Why did Mother Earth make us omnivores? and teeth & digestive system to eat meat? Beside, chimpanzees use tool to eat. So do we. That's not cheating. Is it cheating for cheetah to run 60+ mph to catch the prey? eagle to have a powerful vision to find the prey from sky? wolf with heightened sense of smell to catch the prey? chimps to have arms & muscle that are as strong as 3 men to catch the prey?

and humans? a sophisticated brain to catch the prey :)

Those animals were born with ability to catch prey. We weren't born with tools. We might have a sophisticated brain but we do stupid things as well. Let us see you use your old noggin to avoid BSE (you know it better as mad cow disease). I just finished reading "Deadly Feasts" by Richard Rhodes. There is a crazy practice of recycling dead animals (usually downers) into animal feed. They feed that to cows, pigs, chicken, pets, etc. You think USA is doing all to prevent anymore of BSE? Read this link (Jon Christian Ryter -- NAFTA's Open Door Policy Allows Mad Cow Disease) and think again.

Prions are hard to kill off. The incubating of BSE can be years before any symptoms show up so how do you know that a beef cow didn't have it when it was killed for its meat???

Vegetarians have died of BSE because of the long incubating. (Vegetarian CJD victim raises fears of `time bomb' - News - The Independent) They must have eaten taint meat before they became vegetarian.

Duh, where is our sophisticated brain in all this?????

you are deeply confused. What's so hard to understand? The Mother Nature gave us brain and with the brain - we build the tools from what Mother Nature has provided for us - wood, bones, rock, etc.

Mad Cow/BSE/Prions/etc are IRRELEVANT. We're talking about animals and "tools", right? btw - you asked where our sophisticated brain in all this. simple - look at the past and then look at now. We went from cavemen to modern men in short time where we can go to space, change the Earth, and destroy/create any species, and pretty much anything. Amazing tool we have, huh? It can be used for harm or for good.

Just like the predators in nature can use their tools to cause the prey population to go extinct.
