People who drink and drive are despicable and selfish people. There aren't strict enough penalities for people who drink and drive. 'Nough said.

(There was a guy in Quebec who got 19 DUIs and it finally took him killing someone on the 20th for them to take away his license.) :roll:

I know that in Florida there's a policy for minors. Other states I'm not so sure.
