DT Interpreting Receives Eight Hospital Contracts | TradingMarkets.com
Deaf-Talk, Inc. dba DT Interpreting (PINKSHEETS: MGQG | PowerRating), the industry leader in on-demand video sign language interpreting, announced today the recent receipt of eight hospital contracts. The three-year contracts are for the Company's around the clock nationwide in-hospital interpreting for the deaf and on-demand over-the-phone interpreting services.
The recently signed hospitals are:
South Georgia Medical Center (Valdosta, GA) Rutland Regional Medical Center (Rutland, VT) St. Joseph Hospital (Bethpage, NY) Morristown Memorial Hospital (Morristown, NJ) Overlook Hospital (Summit, NJ)
St. Claire's Hospital (Dover, NJ) Heritage Valley Hospital (Sewickley, PA) St. Barabas Hospital (Bronx, NY)
DT Interpreting President, David Stauffer, stated, "As compared to 2009, sales for the Company's services have increased significantly. We are pleased with these results and look forward to continued strong growth in 2011."
In addition to its video sign language interpreting and on-demand over-the-phone interpreting in more than 150 languages, DT Interpreting also offers full-scale document translation services and transcription into Braille.
The Company also announced the appointment of Joseph N. DeNardo to its Board of Directors. Mr. DeNardo is a successful entrepreneur who has founded and managed several real estate development and construction entities involved in design, development and construction of various types of properties. Currently the Owner of J.N.D. Properties and a director of U.S. Recreational Properties (USREC), which he founded, Mr. DeNardo earned a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as an M.S. Degree in Public Management and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. Mr. DeNardo also serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Veteran Partners Corporation, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) providing services and product to federal, state and local governments.
