Probably old news, seems like it, but this was recently animated by RSA.

If I were to show my boss at work this video I would be told, "That is why we are management and you are a forklift driver."

Demanding that people sell their souls to management for the almighty dollar gets upper management exactly what they pay for.

I'm afraid I've never fit into that kind workplace.
 
Didn't used to be like that. Used to be a fun place to work.

Now I only have a short time to retirement.

Sort of like sitting it out in prison until you get released and hoping there is something in the outside world for you.

Like painting, balloon tying, and ASL.
