doorbell problems?

Is there anything i can put in my room to make me know the bell is ringing, like a noise or light or something...cuz my doorbell isnt loud enuf and i missed 2 packages last week when i was asleep/in my room and i had to make a trip to the post office in the snow

check with canadian hearing society tech dept, they have tons of devices for that.. smile... yeah can't live without my flasher for doorbells...
