Your installer is stupid and unprofessional. You can report him to his manager, so manager will take care of it. If I see any wireless router, then I have to set configurations or do port forwarding, depending on the name of wireless router.

I am Technician and a Tranier/Rep for Purple. If I see another wireless router I would do the same thing.Unless if their router is older and outdated than our. A professional would know how to configuration the setting. Some Sorenson installer are stupid, forcing us to use their useless router, when I had a wireless. :roll:
