Does Linksys will work with Mac?

It should work with your Apple MAC and it's MAC line. My old Dell Latitude CSxH laptop w/ Wireless cardbus even worked with Belkin 54G router or any wireless router that I visited my friend w/ laptop. It have nothing to do with Router's configuration. It's just your Apple MAC wireless utility setup.. Networks should automatically configures it. Be sure your MAC's browser set to "autodetect IP address" in a way to get it working.
Also It should lists wireless router from your and your neighbor's through MAC wireless utility setup. Choose one that is yours and connect it. Be sure to setup WEP or WEP PSK encryption to guard your wireless from outsider. WEP key should be the same in router and in ur MAC's wep configuration. Just like 2 sets of same keys to open two doors.

Are you owner of Linksys? If not then some networking router have issue with Mac.

yes i am owner of linksys but you need modem to connect best with cable

Yeah, it'll work with Macs as well as PCs. I used to belong to Earthlink and I had my Mac as the host computer and my WiFi as my client computer via Linksys. I had no trouble getting my Mac to work with it but it took a lot of trouble shooting to get it to work with my WiFi.

my computer can work out because of linksys and you can going buy that linksys at sams club,walmart,circuit city and best buy,etc on your brand computers but im sure your computer would work out or not.
im using Gateway laptops and my mom got download on my computer and work but sometimes my wireless connect not on internet and i told my mom to reconnect of internet but you can DOIT!
you can try for that purchase of linksys my mom using that also but my mom told me says she sometimes her computer not on connect because of internet i know its so MESS! dont worry but you can reconnect and again password and same password you can doit.
mostly people like to using linksys or not but usually on local cables internet pays monthly but my mom dont like pays monthly of internet but my mom have suggestion for linksys to workout.
