I am now considing getting the mylink has anyone used it? with smartlink sx

Yeah, I used to use it. FM receivers work better then the loop though. I was getting too much interference and it wasn't worth it to even use the loop.
 
yes JennyB has to wear hearing aids to hear so that would be with her hearing aids
 
are you talking about the mylink like the myPilot??? or the fm system??
if you are refering to the myPilot: IMHO if you have good fine motor then you dont need it.. just another thing to carry around.
If you are refering to the FM system, then that would depend on what you want to use it for and what you expect (what are you having trouble with now?)

MyLink is a telecoil loop receiver for the Phonak FM systems. Instead of using the receivers on your hearing aids you have a necklace type thing that works through telecoil. It is much cheaper then the integrated receivers and can be used with any tcoil compatable hearing aids.

OOOHHHHHH:shock: woops :giggle:.. ya, my experience with t-coil FMs? They suck. too much 'buzzz' not enough speech.
Just MHO though.
