Does any state or video relay provide FREEEE VIDEO CAMERA for the deaf? I was going to ask for it for my birthday, but it is too late and I am getting external hdd instead.
 
I think you misunderstood the question. He was asking for who provides free VP device. Dlink is the maker of Videophone and don't give away for free. They retails at 200 bux wired model.

All I know there is only four providers that gives away free VP device. The infamous Sorenson, CSD, HOVRS, and HIPVRS. In fact, you can apply all of them and get free from each one of them! No restriction!

The rest only provide the VRS services.

Sprint will tell you to apply at CSD. I went though and that is what they told me. oh well actually Sprint sponsers CSD.. that is why there is afflication between them.
