Do u write songs or poems?

I always write song when it pops up in my head. And I express whatever I am feeling...about my life past and future.
 
I never write poem until first saw my new girlfriend so decide to write poem and fell in love with her. my mind is so mystery but loves her so much.

At the touch of love, everyone becomes a poet~Plato
 
I've taken a couple of creative writing courses, and I used to write lyrics, but they were always something I would be embarassed to share. I haven't written in years. I do have a couple of lines I'm proud of, but I'm not sharing.

Not at all.. I like reading stories and novels instead..
 
yes i write songs and poems, i love the creative minds of charlotte martin, gavin degraw, howie day, james blunt ,and ben jelen.
 
Yes, I do write poems, I even write poems to my boyfriend, Diehardbiker. :mrgreen: But, I don't share it here. That's something for my boyfriend to have.
 
I don't write poems or song write but I do sing praises on my own to My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and God. That is one thing I have always been good at. :) :thumb:

Something that exposes my inner desire's length,
And express my senses beyond my disability,
Oh, such a poetic and sweet tranquility!
Indeed, poetry is my refugee of peace,
Something that my emotion long to release,
Into a couplet, a sonnet or a santza,
Rare talent that is such a precious bonanza,
Sharing my sensation so free and true,
That bids my emotional bondage adieu!

show off....



yeah i write poems, not too many songs.
 
I don't sing, if I did, I might break a couple of windows... :shock: and for writing poems?... I'm not good at that either, I might need a bigger trash can because the more paper I throw away, the more I know I can't write a single poem....

That goes for me too.. I do write poems but not that great either.
