I wonder if theres a certain way animals act to show you how theyre feeling or they want something. :dunno:

Oh yeah, Roadrunner and I have noticed that our cats would look into our eyes and meowing , and we knew that they want their treats....Even when we want to surprise them with a treat, we would shake the bottle and they'll be running right up to you like a cute little pussycats! LOL

Oh yes, they are smart and intelligent and I can read their body language, if they walk to door back and forward few times, its their telling me they want to go outdoor.

First thing in the morning my cat making her job to get my attention that she want her breakfast.

If I see no sight of my cat, I go and pick up cat can and open it, she came here in a quick FLASH!!

Heh...when Buffy, one of my cats wants attention, she will come up to me and paws at my leg again and again until I follow her to see what she wants. Sometimes she wants food, but usually she just wants to be brushed! ;)

And when my other cat, Solomon, wants to play he would lie real low on the floor, sticks his butt up in the air and wriggles it.... lol. :D

My cat used to do that a lot. I open the cabinet door very slowly and then open the can then my cat came out of the bedroom like flash and stood and stare at me as i put the cat food in her dish.

My aunt has a cat and when she shakes his treats. He comes looking and looks until she gives it to him.

YES i do believe that pets do have body language and do tell us what they want! *pets the furkids* :)

Oh, yes...they definitely do have body language -- have seen quite a number of them and it's fun and interesting seeing how they communicate with us humans on what they want from us. :)

Yes, my Boston Terrier even has her body language. :) She also acts like she can read our minds too. LOL One time when my mother was about to get up in front of Pepper (my BT), the dog ran over to the kitchen in front of the refridgerator! For some reason, Pepper knew that my mother was going to get up from her chair when Mom hasn't even started yet! :) She also made a scowl at us when she was told to get off the bed..I was laughing at her facial expression (and Bostons do have expressive faces)..so yes, animals like my BT do have body language to communicate with us. :)

my cat Max does make body language... when i come home he would shake his head in funny way kinda of rolling his head around and fall on the floor and then roll around and mewing.. it is his way of welcome me home and wanting to be petted.. when hes hungry.. he would follow me everywhere till i get in kitchen then he would look at me then look at his empty dish... then look back at me heh.. really cute :) (of course i feed him heh)
