I am saying there is a small chance she could win because I think back to 3 court cases I have heard of....

The lady who spilled McDonalds coffee on her crotch and burnt herself and WON in court because the coffee was HOT and there was no warning on the cup that it was hot.

An article I read about a burgular who climbed someones fence to break into their house, and was bitten by their dog.. Burgular sued and WON even though signs were up, and he was trespassing.

Another burgular who was breaking into someones house, fell from the window seal, and broke his leg. He sued and WON stating that the owner of the house was liable for his injuries because he got hurt on their property.

This is VERY RARE when these people actually win, but that shows how messed up our court systems can be sometimes.

I am not taking sides or putting anyone down in this thread, just something to think about with those stupid court cases where those people won. I still believe that what happened to Miss P was her fault, and she deserved what she had coming when she stuck her finger in the bird cage. And even though there are those few rare cases where those people won, I do not think Miss P would stand a chance.

It too late to sued the bird owner, cause
it happened 3 years ago....
I just took my own responsible..

I also fell on College campus, but I didn't sue....
because I knew the sidewalk was muddy...
I just took that responsible.

I broke my foot at Kmart on the scooter cart...
I should have sue Kmart, but
nooo, I took that responsible, because I was
playing around...

I squoosh my finger at the door jam at elementary school,
but I can't sue, cause I was too hard headed...

I would have been a millionaire if I had sue all of those companies,
if I hadn't taking so much responsiiblility...

Oh life sucks.
 
in all in all u should not have done what the sign was put up in the first place...

and for the others and u know who i am talking abt... quit mocking poeple and putting poeple down its downright stupid!

everyones entitled to mistakes altho ms p u got the painful mistake, now that u learned it, let it be a constant reminder to you whenever u think of doing something stupid.... think of the bird cuz thats a painful thing to be bit at :)

Far out, you are so harlious !! :lol: I like your point of view because I worked overnight. I forgot to close my car windows. The rain was pour last night. It is very strange because yesterday, it was so beautiful weather and warmer. I did not expect if the rain would come or not.
