Wow! That is the sad news. Thank you for posting this so that we don't get misunderstand the situation of why DSS administrator and the DSS office put a strain on the budget of trying to save money for the taxpayers. **sigh** Beside it is not fair when they had been working long hours on the jobs working with D/HH students. Now I know what CART is. I have one here on the island at small college when I coud not get a interpreter. I have to use the DRAGON laptop or someone who can type on the laptop for me to understand what the teacher is saying. I still prefer TERP better than the laptop computer. It is not a good solution. :cool:
