Digital camera video software

I would like to know which one is the best software I can use or buy in order to modify my avi movies from quicktime to MS Player and brighten the video. I do have three avi movies into my digital camera and they look fine, but when I transferred them from my camera to my computer, they look dark. I tried to figure it out somehow. I am using Canon digital software and I could not find any features like modifying or brightening videos. I admit that I am novice with avi movies.

I did look for information in my instruction book, but I feel that it is somewhat limited.

I plan to use my other memory card and practice my avi movie on myself and figure it out before I go ahead to do with my three avi movies.

Let me assume that you got Canon PowerShot S2 IS, am I right? If so, I am so envy of you what you got it before me heheheh.. I can't wait about getting Canon PowerShot S2 IS in two or three months.. ahh!

Nothing to wrong with your digital camera. It's your monitor. Try adjustment your monitor to little brightness. It's happen at my workplace(Canon) like that.


Did you know that some monitor have three setting. One for internet (low brightness), one for gamer (middle brightness) and one for movie (high brightness)

Nothing to wrong with your digital camera. It's your monitor. Try adjustment your monitor to little brightness. It's happen at my workplace(Canon) like that.

Video card do not matter with that. Just go to graphic overlay settings for adj brightness or gamma or contrast.

Did you know that A610 and G6 are same features, they are almost same quailty. even though a610 is half price from G6... anyway, I had Powershot A610, but I am still getting S2 or S3 in June 2006 for keep real! Remember that it is my things.. thanks!

Guys, SIGH* ... I dislike to argue with others.. I just am here to respect their things what they are happy with.. I am looking for person who has expreince with their mature without critize/ judge, and she/ he know what she/ he's doing.... I am huge fan of Canon stuffs in my heart.. I dont care if he had experiences with canon or something else with his own camera long years than I do... But I have no flavor of him in my eye.. I ain't jealous of him... He is too harsh critize and judge others's their own wishes/ things... He expect them to follow his things what he wanted.. You think that I should give him a damn honor because he is expreince more than others around in forums.. No way I never give him any honor nor him as flavor in my eye around... he is nothing to me..
