Did a search and I'm surprised results were next to bar none. Anyone here watch the TV Series called Dexter?
The story consists of a serial killer who kills serial killers. Dexter Morgan is a child of a cop who raised him to tame his serial killing ways. He works at the Miami Metro Police Department, in the Homicide subdivision doing blood spatter analysis. He also does general forensics.
It's based on a novel called Darkly Dreaming Dexter. However the TV spinoff veers off it's own plot, assimilating some things here and there from the novel. The first season followed most of the novel.
Just last Sunday, S03E11 - "I had a Dream" was shown. Really good plot progression, but I liked Episode 10 the best - "Go your own Way".
