There are many other events like that happens on regular basis, what makes this one so special? We have BIG problem across, and it affects everybody.
We have cases here in Rochester where some people on wheelchair gets beat up and not much police can do and it is happening everywhere!
It is not necessary to make this case a special case, and ignore the rest of cases. I know that I may be rude saying that, but the reality is there and needs to be addressed in order to solve more problems. I am looking at bigger picture rather than cute small snapshot of one event.
The big picture is called M-O-N-E-Y, of course locking somebody up costs us money and many cities are broke already.
