Anyway, it's important to have right & health diet.

Paxil was banned in Germany but I didn't know much about wellbutrin & Cymbalta. I will search to find out about them.
As I know that paxil could be cause cancer on men & women if they took anti-depression paxil tablet. That's why I prefer exercise than take anti-depression tablets.

Disagree, because the "sweet" could cause the sleeping problem. I'm one of people who has sleeping problem. All what I do is my last eating is before 5pm and if you are hungry after 5pm then take apple or a glass of milk. Turn TV off for one hour before go to bedtime... Simple is go for night walking.
