Decoder Closed Caption Video-Out

Hi Guys

I wanted Decoder Closed Caption Video-Out for WindowsXP or MCE2005? (not need CC program in Microsoft),

Exp.
Tuner TV Card witnout CC to Video-Out to TV and TV's Closed Caption?

becuase
VHS -> TV CC Work
DVD -> TV CC Work
DVR (Moxi or TIVO) -> CC work
but
Computer with Tuner TV won't work TV's CC

any idea?
 
It depends on your video card and whether it supports line 21 output via the video-out port. What video card do you have?
 
I have two
ATI Elite Wonder
and
ATI HDTV Wonder (both Digital and Analog)

both have Video-Out to TV

I don't want ATI Software's CC, I like TV's CC nice! than Software

The HDTV Wonder card is really a PITA to work with. I'm really sorta sorry I bought it. (Off Topic: There is a program named WatchHDTV that works great with it, but that program has no CC, and the developer isn't planning on adding it anytime soon.) ATI's own software won't pick up the OTA stations very well in my area, and there is a LOT of stuttering.

But that card can be a pain to get to do what you want it to do. I very seldom use it anymore.

The CC won't pass thru with an S-Video connection?

yeah, computer out s-video to TV won't CC
