Hello, I am wondering if anyone has seen anything more about Deanne Bray ( the deaf star of Sue Thomas FBEye), the last I knew she was expecting her first baby,I think it was due August or Sept.
I am also wondering if anyone knows if the show has been picked up by the new people who are taking over PAX?
 
i never heard of that... i have seen deanne bray a several times now in the last school season. But I guess cuz i havent been to school for a while I havent see her as well. So i am behind in news. I didnt know she was preg...

I knew the series had been cancelled but was hoping when I saw last week that PAX was changing over to "I", that it had changed hands and the new people would find a way to get it back and it would be going into a fourth season. But probably no such luck. And its the best series ever! I cant believe it couldnt get enough sponsers. It sure had a huge following of fans.
Yes, Deanne is pregnant and I havent seen anything more about that.
 
Also Deanne played a strong role in getting one of the GLAD executives canned as well! And a deaf journalist (not me) howled plenty about it!

She has been seen as far more venomous than Merlee Matlin and we deafinitly dont need someone like her among us.

Which GLAD executive was canned? As far as I can tell, no one has left except by their own will to further employment.

No journalists that I ever read said a thing about anyone leaving GLAD.

Come on, Richard, back up your statements.
 
I'm not surprised it was canceled.....the show was badly written and very cheesy....but then again I don't even watch tv all that much anyway.
 
Venomous? I find that so hard to believe. What is GLAD?
I prefer to think of the show not as cheesy but as Clean and Wholesome!! It always made me smile, in the midst of a world where just about all our tv viewing is filled with immoral values, it was just really refreshing and well, I dont expect that everyone would like it, but I LOVED it, and pretty much everyone I have referred it to have watched it and loved it as well. Everyone has their own tastes.....I am sorry you didnt like it as well as me and my family. To me, it seemed that every episode just kept getting better and better. To each his own tho!!
 
I like to watch Susan the FBE and didnt know she used to live with her mother in Seattle I would have met her someday

It seemed to be almost borderline Focus on the Family stuff....ugh...I mean I have nothing against clean and wholesome entertainment.....but....
